Content Cover: Julia Cameron, the author of "Artist Way," recommends to not to read what you had written for first 8 weeks. Therefore, in order to cover up what you had written last morning, 160mm (6.30") big cover is attached in the front.
3 Morning Pages: Each morning, record the date and starting time of the morning recording on the top left section. Then on the third page (last page of the day), record the ending time of the recording. The sun illustration will be changing as you flip the pages.
Back to Day 1: If you have reached at this point, you can read what you had written for last 56 days or 8 weeks. Discover new parts of yourself by reading what you had written at the beginning of everyday.
