  • 🖊️ Unused or lightly used stationery (notebooks, pens, stickers, etc.)
  • ⁉️If your character product is not on the list, please feel free to contact us if we can accept it or not
  • ⭐Please note that we may not be able to accept trade-in items depending on the brand, condition, or resale potential of the product⭐

📦 How It Works

  1. Step 1: Email us with what you'd like to trade in and attach photos.
  2. Step 2: We'll let you know what we can accept and give you a quote.
  3. Step 3: Ship your items and send us the receipt with tracking number.(We accept drop off at our offline shop as well)
  4. Step 4: Once received, we'll issue store credit = your trade in value+shipping cost!

We do not accept counterfeit or replica items under any circumstances. All items submitted for trade-in must be authentic and original.

If we receive items determined to be counterfeit, they will not be eligible for store credit or return. By participating in our trade-in program, you confirm that all products are genuine and legally yours to transfer.
