- In the original packaging (including any labels, tags, or protective film).
- Order number and name are required.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Start a Return

- We'll review your request and send you return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- If you need assist with return shipping, please feel free to contact us at floineusa@gmail.com We can provide you shipping label by deducting the shipping fee from the refund amount.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- We'll notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
