Refund & Exchange Policy
Final Sale Items
Due to the delicate nature of paper products, all sales are final. Once purchased, items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are confirmed to have a factory defect.
Factory Defects
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive an item with a factory defect (e.g., misprints, missing pages, or structural flaws caused during manufacturing), you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Why This Policy?
Paper products are inherently delicate and may be easily damaged by handling, environmental factors, or transportation. Additionally, each product description includes a statement noting that minor imperfections may occur due to:
• International Shipping: Products may experience slight damage (e.g., bent edges or scuffs) during transit.
• Material Sensitivity: The fragile nature of paper products can make them more prone to wear and tear. Also some Eco-friendly papers have some dots or marks, which is normal.
Because of this, we can only accept returns for confirmed factory defects directly related to manufacturing issues.
Eligibility for Factory Defect Claims
1. Timeframe: Notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.
2. Proof of Defect: Submit a clear photo and description of the defect for review.
3. Inspection: If the defect is verified as a factory issue, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Important Notes
• Factory defects do not include minor damage caused by international shipping, material sensitivity, or improper storage after delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition when submitting a claim.
How to Submit a Claim
Contact us at floineusa@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will get in touch and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you!

Non-Dated Diary
This is a non-dated diary, giving you the freedom to start, pause, and restart at any month you choose. You decide the months and dates-so there's no pressure to follow a fixed timeline.
Don't let the fear of not finishing the notebook, or of not writing as neatly as others, hold you back. You can always stop and begin again. If there are blank days, embrace them. They're part of your journey-a quiet proof that you've been trying your best to stay consistent.
That's the beauty of emptiness: it leaves space for you to return, continue, and grow at your own pace.

Yearly Planner
This section is designed for yearly planning. At the top, list the months, and beneath each one, note up to six major events. This way, you can view the key moments of your entire year at a glance.

Monthly Planner
This section is your monthly planner. It includes 12 pages-one for each month. Simply highlight the month you're recording to keep your plans organized and easy to navigate.

Beneath the month selection, you'll find a blank box for free writing or drawing-use it however you like. If you connect the small gray triangles, you can divide the space into four smaller sections.

On the right side of the free box, you'll find the monthly checklist. Need more space? Simply connect the gray triangles to create an additional row.

Below the free box and checklist sections, you can write the week-either from Monday to Sunday or Sunday to Saturday, whichever you prefer. If you'd like to split a day into tow parts-such as AM and PM, or work and off-work-simply draw a line connecting the gray triangles.

There's another free section at the bottom of the page. This space can be used for your monthly summary or any additional notes. You can also use the gray triangles here to divide the space into smaller sections.

Daily Diary
This section is for your daily diary. Use it to freely record your thoughts, memories, or daily schedules. The layout lets you see your entire week at a glance.

Start by writing the dates of the week at the top. Beneath them, you'll find the weekly checklist. There's also extra space on the right for free notes or doodles.

For the daily diary section, write the date next to each day. Use the space below for your detailed schedule or daily reflection. if you wish, connect the gray triangles to split the space into two sections-perfect for AM/PM or Work/Off-Work planning.
