Refund & Exchange Policy

 

Our promise

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. 

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be: 
    • Unused and in original condition. 
    • In the original packaging (including any labels, tags, or protective film). 
  • Order number and name are required. 

 

Non-Returnable Items 

Please note that we cannot accept returns on: 

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Personalized or custom products. 
  • opened or used products. 

 

How to Start a Return 

  1. Email us at floineusa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. We'll review your request and send you return instructions. 
  3. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. 
  • If you need assist with return shipping, please feel free to contact us at floineusa@gmail.com We can provide you shipping label by deducting the shipping fee from the refund amount. 

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. 
  • We'll notify you by email once your refund has been processed. 

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for a different product, please contact us-we'll be happy to help you find the right item. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
